Amway Atmosphere
Looking for a way to showcase and demonstrate the Amway Atmosphere Air Purifier, Amway turned to DVS to develop 3 interactive components to be used in learning management courses around the globe.
Utilizing the resources within our DVS Creative team, we photographed the Atmosphere unit on a turntable allowing us to rotate the unit interactively 360 degrees. Additionally, photographs were taken showing the unit control panel as well as the different filtering components that make up the unit.
With photos cleaned up, we put together 3 flash applications to showcase the unit. The first application allows the user to explore the unit by rotating it 360 degrees, highlighting specific features of the unit and displaying additional detail on those features. The second application allows the user to explore the control panel of the unit by clicking on the different buttons showing the user how display will change as well as additional information about those buttons. The third application animates how air flows through the unit, the unit's filters, and what types of contaminates each filter removes.
Each Flash application is configurable via XML, allowing Amway the ability to localize all copy within the piece for distribution around the globe.
