The Challenge
National Heritage Academy needed a method for training its employees on a new system being implemented. Bandwidth was a concern for the initial delivery, so web based training was out of the question.
The Solution
With the direction of The Scheidel Group, DVS Interactive developed a HTML and Flash based CD-ROM that look like the new system users would be trained on. The CD-ROM could be distributed as needed thru the NHA campuses. After the initial delivery and flood of training, NHA implemented the content on the CD-ROM into their internal web structure for future reference and new employees.
